Change pallets under the load in seconds

Discover the fastest pallet changer: change pallets under the loaded goods while protecting the packed units from any risk of damage. You increase efficiency in your processes and simultaneously optimize material flow at unbeatable savings!

System PSV Text

  • Changing pallets is carried out in seconds by one operator with a forklift.
  • With the PSV ULTRA, pallets are changed without applying pressure to the goods, no matter how uneven the packing structure is.
  • Defective and contaminated load carriers can be exchanged in seconds and quicker than you think.
  • Accelerate the flow of goods and improve ergonomics for your workforce at the same time.
  • Low acquisition costs, quick pay-off – in terms of cost efficiency, the PSV system can’t be topped!

Find out more about the PSV-ULTRA and additional modifications for special pallet systems like GMA, XL pallets or mobile use!

- quickest pallet change
- efficient processes, accelerated flow of goods
- minimal staffing required
- outstanding cost efficiency
- ergonomic process without manual repacking
- works without sensitive drives or hydraulics
- avoids costly expenditure for energy and maintenance
- small investment, quick pay-off

pallet inverter

pallet inverter

With the pallet inverter you turn the entire load upside down, which requires goods to be packed absolutely evenly. If boxes or items stick out, they can’t be effectively clamped down. Or if you have delicate products or ones that can only be stored upright, such as liquids or dairy products, inverting the pallet can damage all the goods. And finally, it takes a lot of time to complete one inverting procedure.

- time-consuming
- requires a uniform packing format
- no products that can only be stored upright
- no products sensitive to pressure
- high acquisition costs
- lengthy payback period
- energy consumption, maintenance

pallet changer

The pallet changer applies pressure sideways on the goods, clamping them together and subsequently lifting them from the original pallet. This method necessitates both uniform packing and robust stability on the sides of the load. It works as long as you have precisely and symmetrically stacked packing units such as cartons or boxes. Boxes and containers that stick out can hamper the lifting procedure in the pallet changer.

- side pressure on goods
- requires robust packaging
- requires a uniform packing format
- high acquisition costs
- lengthy payback period
- energy consumption, maintenance

pallet turner

pallet turner

Pallet turners are available on the market using a variety of systems that turn the entire pallet with its load onto one side or one corner. When the pallet is freed of weight and loose, it can be removed manually or with other devices. The whole procedure is time-consuming. If pallets need to be removed by hand, this takes place at the expense of ergonomic handling and safety, at the same time raising the risk of injury.

- time-consuming procedure
- energy consumption, maintenance
- high acquisition costs
- lengthy payback period
- with manual pallet removal
  poor ergonomics, risk of injury

pallet pusher

The pallet pusher pushes the entire load from the original pallet to the target pallet. While the pallets are secured at the bottom of the device, its side and back walls hold the goods. After putting the procedure in motion, the apparatus holding the load pushes it until it has been completely transferred to the target pallet. The process is relatively time-consuming and the whole operation requires a separate power connection.

- time-consuming procedure
- high acquisition costs
- lengthy payback period
- energy consumption, maintenance
